Fundamental Security Management Stage One
Security Management Programme
Understanding what is essential to security management can be complex subject, with many factors to consider. Using our decades of experience and industry-recognised set of trainers, we have developed a three-stage training programme, designed to provide a detailed exploration of the strategic, operational and tactical considerations of security management.
The suite of courses has been successfully completed by hundreds of security professionals from some of the world’s most prestigious organisations. It is designed for security managers, supervisors, and anyone else with responsibility for the security management function, whether in the public or private sector. The programme is suitable for either those relatively new to security management, or for those who have experience in the field but without a formal training structure in place.
Learners will be introduced to a range of risk management and security design tools to enhance their organisation’s ability to protect its assets.
Stage One of this programme deals with the fundamentals of security management. The programme comprises lectures, workshops, case studies and exercise scenarios. During these sessions, learners will complete challenging risk and security design projects that require development of strategy and mitigation measures. Recommendations, solutions and budgetary implications are then presented to representatives of the ‘executive team’.
This programme is Skills for Security certificated.
