Jon Neal is a Counter Terrorism and Protective Security professional with over a decade of experience across policing, specialist operations and the private security sector. Having served in frontline policing before specialising in Counter Terrorism, Jon has extensive experience in risk assessment, protective security, hostile reconnaissance, crowded place security, critical national infrastructure and the delivery of operational security advice to organisations across both the public and private sectors.
Throughout his career, Jon has designed and delivered training to police officers, security professionals, businesses and public sector organisations, helping them develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to identify threats, reduce risk and respond effectively. His experience includes developing bespoke learning packages from Counter Terrorism awareness for new officers, through to creating the Counter Reconnaissance plan for the first ever international Artificial Intelligence conference. Jon has experience delivering nationally recognised Counter Terrorism and Protective Security training, and supporting organisations in strengthening their preparedness through realistic, engaging and evidence based learning.
Jon is passionate about making complex security concepts accessible, ensuring every learner leaves with practical knowledge they can immediately apply within their own organisation.
