David Moffat

David Moffat is a retired Senior Officer from Police Scotland having completed 30 years’ service. Prior to retirement, he was Head of Professional Standards and Corruption. David spent the majority of his career investigating serious crime as a Detective and as a covert officer in the drug squad and surveillance teams. He held the post as Head of Specialist Training for Scotland and represented Scotland nationally and internationally in developing policy and training for Surveillance Operations. David has a teaching degree from Stirling University and a Masters degree in Training Design and Delivery from The University of Edinburgh. David has spent the last few years in the commercial environment as a Consultant working for organisations such as Deloitte and Motorola on global Police projects.
