Linx Group Approved Education Partner program

The Linx Group Approved Education Partner program was designed to enable other organisations across the globe to provide Linx Group training in their region. Our Partners ensure that learners acquire the knowledge they need to raise standards in the security industry.

We are now taking applications to this new program. We are particularly interested in hearing from training organisations and security companies in the following regions:

    • East Africa
    • North America
    • Middle East
    • Europe
    • South Asia

Program Benefits

The LGAEP program allows you to differentiate your company by providing approved Linx Group training. Benefits include:

    • Additional revenue stream
    • Improved customer retention and satisfaction
    • Use of authorized courseware
    • Use of LGAEP logo and promotional materials

    • Use of Linx Group Certified Instructor (LGCI) logo (upon successful completion of ‘Train the Trainer’ course)

    • Discounted training courses for update training and continuing education
    • Access to instructors and curriculum developers for classroom support
    • Use of online course and student evaluation system

How it works

As a Partner you are responsible to meet specific program requirements to maintain your authorized status:

    • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality Linx Group authorized training
    • Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4 out of 5 based on student evaluations to remain a LGAEP in good standing.
    • Provide and maintain up-to-date training facilities, as well as audiovisual equipment needed for instruction per the LGAEP Classroom Setup
    • Schedule, market, and conduct Linx Group classes, scheduling your classes in conjunction with Linx Group, providing Linx Group with links to your training website and customers with an online registration process
    • Achieve the minimum target set and agreed with Linx Group for each of your locations for number of students trained per authorized training location per LGAEP year. This target is reviewed, documented and agreed annually with Linx Group.
    • Market and sell Linx Group training through your dedicated marketing and sales staff
    • Use the Linx Group course online system to submit student evaluations to monitor the quality of instructors, classrooms and training centre
    • Pay LGAEP program entry and annual renewal fees on time to maintain
    • Provide an annual business development and marketing plan to the regional LGAEP Program Manager by 1st January each LGAEP year which will be mutually reviewed at regular intervals 
    • Review monthly the LGAEP Microsite to keep abreast of the latest program

The Linx International Group is formed by bringing together Perpetuity Training, ARC Training (now PerpetuityARC Training), and Tavcom Training. We deliver world class security training and consultancy services.
